Title Examiner

With 3 decades in the title industry and 17 years as a Midland Title veteran, our clients know they can trust the expert title work that Steve Kolinski delivers every working day. Few people in the industry rival Steve for what he knows about abstracting titles – the exacting process of putting together the abstract of title that is essential to certifying a clear and legal title.

On the personal side, Steve is known around the office for his dry sense of humor. Steve's family include his beloved wife Anmarie and “various cats.” He also cites his favorite hobbies as following Pearl Jam around the world, reading, sports, and macrame’.

Something that never fails to make Steve chuckle is when Don reads poetry at company meetings.

Even with her busy schedule, Liljana still finds time to practice yoga regularly. Her passion is evidenced when asked what she would be doing if not in the title business – owning and operating a yoga studio! Liljana also enjoys live music, local art, and a good bottle of wine.
